What Forms Do I Need?

1.  Everyone: 1, 1A, 1B per person, 3 per supervisor 

2.  Using People as test participants:  You will need Form 2 and Form 4 and you have to design a human participant permission form.

3.  Using Vertebrate Animals:  Form 5A and 5B.

4. Using Eggs:  You will need Form 2, Form 6A and 6B.

5.  If a continuation:  You will need Form 7.
 
6​.  All should create their data collection sheets.

The local science fair in Garretson will be held Monday, February 27, 2017.

Students must qualify to participate in the Eastern South Dakota Science and Engineering Fair to be held in Brookings on Tuesday, March 21, 2017.
